NETWORKS SUPPORT TEAM
The solutions marketed and supported by us are constantly reviewed to keep abreast of the constantly-changing technology trends. Our engineers are geared to providing design solutions for your challenges. We gear ourselves to listen to our customer's overall needs including how the customer needs to operate in order to make his business profitable. Taking this information carefully into consideration, we design solutions that cover a wide area of fields - workstations and servers, Local Area Networking, Wide Area Networking, Remote Access, and Security. To further ensure the competency and professionalism, all the engineers have to go through a continual process of professional training and certification programs.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM
As the name implies, the Technical support team are all trained and certified to install, configure, troubleshoot and service all computers and peripherals eg. Monitors, printers, scanner etc. These service engineers were also well verse in all Microsoft® Windows Operating Systems, office automation and application software. The technical support team is further subdivided into “in-house” and “field-support” groups. The “field-support” group is responsible of attending fault-calls, installing and configuring new PCs and peripherals on-site. However, for PCs and peripherals, which are not solved on-site due to insufficient parts or tools, will be picked up and then further diagnosed and tested by our “in-house” engineers/technicians using latest tools at the workshop.
